Rob Howley is confident that Wales can beat England by eight points to retain their Six Nations title.

Wales coach Rob Howley has admitted that with the momentum his side have after the last few weeks they are targeting the retention of their Six Nations crown.

Should Wales beat England by eight points or more on Saturday they will win the trophy, despite being beaten in their opening match against Ireland.

"The players have been absolutely fantastic over the last five weeks and have put themselves in a position [to win the title], after regaining momentum," Sky Sports News quotes Howley as saying.

"They will deserve a beer on Saturday night if that happens."

The match kicks off at 5pm at the Millennium Stadium.
