Jimmy Stevens, Jonny Harris and Alex Lewington have all been dual-registered with Nottingham in the Championship, and Irish director of rugby Brian Smith said that is confident that the players will help the club in the future.
"Glenn Delaney has worked closely with all three of these players and I've been impressed with what they've already achieved at Leicester and Nottingham," Smith told the club's official website.
"I'm sure we can develop them further and expect all three will be pushing for a place in our matchday squad. If they put their heads down, I have no doubt they can go on to higher honours."
Irish are currently in the Premiership bottom two.
