England lock Courtney Lawes is passed fit for Saturday's Six Nations clash with Scotland after recovering from a bruised cheekbone.

England lock Courtney Lawes has been passed fit for Saturday's Six Nations clash with Scotland at Murrayfield.

The 24-year-old was an injury doubt for the match after bruising his cheekbone during last weekend's narrow defeat to France.

Meanwhile, centre Jonny May is expected to miss out for Stuart Lancaster's side as he recovers from a broken nose.

England travel north of the border having won their last four games against Scotland.
