England captain Chris Robshaw insists that his side will approach their Autumn International fixtures with a 'one game at a time' mentality.

England captain Chris Robshaw has revealed that England's young side are eager to 'challenge themselves' during their upcoming international fixtures.

England host Fiji in what is the first of four matches that they will play throughout November and December, and Robshaw has targeted an improvement from how they performed earlier in 2012.

Robshaw told reporters: "We want to go out there in the big stadiums against the big teams and challenge ourselves.

"We will take each game week-by-week and hopefully we will perform as a team and move one step ahead of where we were in the summer."

England will also play Australia, South Africa and New Zealand.
