England centre Kyle Eastmond doubtful for Six Nations opener

Bath centre Kyle Eastmond emerges as an injury doubt for the start of England's Six Nations campaign.

Bath centre Kyle Eastmond could miss the start of England's Six Nations campaign with a shoulder injury.

The 25-year-old suffered the problem on Sunday during his club's dramatic victory over Glasgow Warriors in the European Rugby Champions Cup.

Eastmond is due to have a scan to assess the damage, but he remains doubtful for England's trip to Wales for the start of the Six Nations on February 6.

Meanwhile, Saracens fly-half Owen Farrell is also expected to miss the match in Cardiff due to a knee problem.
