Wigan Warriors' Pat Richards bagged a hat-trick as his side laid waste to a poor Hull FC in the Super League this afternoon.
The visitors went into the break with a 28-0 advantage thanks to two tries from Richards, and scores for Gareth Hock, Sam Tomkins and Josh Charnley.
Hull claimed some consolatory points through Jamie Ellis and Will Sharp in the second half, but Charnley bagged his second, Richards his third, and Michael McIlorum his first of the afternoon to keep the Warriors soaring.
Late efforts from Thomas Leuluai and Brett Finch completed the rout.
The result leaves Wigan in second place in the table, two points adrift of leaders Huddersfield Giants.
