Warrington Wolves prop Ashton Sims is handed a one-match suspension for punching Wigan Warriors stand-off George Williams.

Warrington Wolves prop Ashton Sims has been given a one-game ban for punching an opponent.

The 30-year-old pleaded guilty to striking stand-off George Williams during the Wolves' 17-6 victory over Wigan Warriors last Thursday.

Sims has featured in every Super League match for Warrington so far this season.

The Wolves continue their league campaign on July 12 when they make the trip to Wakefield Trinity Wildcats.
