Wakefield Trinity Wildcats have picked up their second consecutive win in the Super League thanks to a 46-14 victory at home to London Broncos.

The result has seen the Broncos extend their winless run to six matches.

The home side earned themselves a 30-0 lead at half time as Danny Kirmond's brace was added to by Peter Fox, Richard Mathers and Paul Sykes.

Lee Smith converted all six scores as Wakefield opened up an imposing advantage.

Liam Colbon and Kieran Dixon both went over during the opening 12 minutes of the second half to give the Broncos some hope, before Dixon scored his second try of the match with an hour played.
