Kevin Sinfield has been named as the next England rugby league captain.
The Leeds Rhinos skipper has been handed the honour of skippering his country after previous captain Jamie Peacock retired from international rugby league.
Sinfield said: "I am immensely honoured to captain England Rugby League.
"Representing your country is always special, but to captain England will be the proudest moment of my career to date."
Sinfield captained Leeds to their sixth Super League crown on Saturday when they defeated Warrington Wolves.
