Trent Robinson says that his Catalan Dragons side cannot take Sheffield Eagles lightly.

Catalan Dragons coach Trent Robinson has demanded that his players show Sheffield Eagles respect when the two sides meet in the Carnegie Challenge Cup.

The Eagles, who are a part-time Championship side, are the overwhelming underdogs going into the fifth-round meeting of the competition and Robinson has dismissed any chance of him fielding a weakened side.

Robinson said: "We've had a slight rotation and that won't change that. Form is important, you can't park it at the side of the road for a week.

"Sheffield deserve respect for the way they've gone about their competition.

"They're an amazing attacking team. They showed that recently so we need to be conscious of how they play the game."

The Eagles progressed to this stage after a 50-12 win over York City Knights, while the Dragons earned their place by edging out Hull KR 20-18.
