Youssouf Mulumbu backs kidney cancer awareness campaign

West Bromwich Albion midfielder Youssouf Mulumbu backs a new campaign making people aware of kidney cancer.

West Bromwich Albion midfielder Youssouf Mulumbu has backed a campaign aiming to raise awareness of kidney cancer.

'Be Clear on Cancer' have enlisted the help of the Baggies player, as well as local referee Dave Nixon and West Brom's mascot Baggie the Bird, for a photoshoot to make people more aware of blood in urine.

New heat-reactive posters have been installed in the urinals at The Hawthorns to alert fans who could be at risk, according to the Daily Mail.

The initiative was officially launched across the UK today.
