Swansea City pair Wayne Routledge and Leroy Lita took to Twitter to mock Scott Sinclair as the Manchester City winger's girlfriend continued to struggle to cope with life in the I'm A Celebrity... jungle.
Former Coronation Street actress Helen Flanagan, 22, who has been dating Sinclair since last year, is currently in Australia competing in the ITV gameshow.
On Tuesday night, well over 1,000,000 British viewers watched as she attempted to win meals for her camp by eating a range a gruesome foods, including a camel's toe and an ostrich's anus.
"#PrayForScotty", tweeted Routledge. Meanwhile, Lita posted: "Will you kiss her again @Scotty_Sinclair?"
Despite the abuse, Sinclair, who left Swansea to sign for the English champions in August, appeared to be proud of his partner's achievement.
He tweeted: "Hahah WOW I actually can not believe the mrs @helenflanagan1 has eaten a ostrich anus! #amazing"
Last month, Sinclair and Flanagan moved into their new home in Cheshire.
