Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo showed his support for the club's basketball team by turning up to their Euroleague match.

The Portugal captain, who scooped the Ballon d'Or ahead of Barcelona's Lionel Messi earlier this year, headed to the arena with girlfriend Irina Shayk.

Ronaldo and his other half were joined by his teammate Pepe as they watched Madrid beat CSKA Moscow to move to the top of the league and claim a playoff spot.

Ronaldo's outing was on the eve of today's Champions League draw, in which Real will take on Borussia Dortmund in the final eight.
