Djibril Cisse's estranged wife Jude reportedly has her home in Cheshire burgled while away with her children.

Djibril Cisse's estranged wife Jude was reportedly burgled at the family's mansion in Frodsham, Cheshire.

The Queens Park Rangers frontman, who is currently on loan in Qatar, is thought to have learned that a hoard of £200,000 worth of jewellery and watches were taken from the £2m home, according to The Sun.

Reports have claimed that the 36-year-old, who has split up with the former Liverpool frontman, was away from the property with her three youngest sons when the raid took place.

Jude wrote on Twitter: "Scumbags prying on a woman & venerable children. My boys are in fear & don't want 2 go 2 bed. It's caused great distress."

It is thought that three suspects were remanded in custody by Chester Magistrates' Court this week.
