Neighbours urge Paul Gascoigne to move out of Poole residence

Paul Gascoigne's neighbours set up a Twitter account calling for the retired footballer to move out of his residence in Poole.

Former England footballer Paul Gascoigne has reportedly angered his neighbours in Poole, as a Twitter account has been set up calling for the troubled star to move away.

The 47-year-old has battled alcoholism for a number of years and has entered rehab facilities seven times in his life.

A Twitter user with the handle @ridPooleofGAZZA claims to be a resident and wants the former Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur midfielder to return to Tyneside.

Last week they tweeted: "Having you as a neighbour is a nightmare, please move on, nobody wants you here, just 2 days ago you were kicking up constantly attacking the vans of local workmen who are innocently working on local projects, shouting in the street at who?

"Standing in the street in your dressing gown abusing people, we have children and OAPs in the area we do not appreciate you.

"We will do like the press and take photos of you and put them on here every1 needs to know the truth, you are drunk again."

Gascoigne was reportedly sectioned in October last year following a drinking binge.
