Football pundit Mark Bright is reportedly left feeling angry after BBC Sport reduced his role to just one day a month.

Football pundit Mark Bright has reportedly had his role reduced by BBC Sport for the season.

The former Crystal Palace striker is believed to have been informed by football producer Mark Cole that he will only be required to work one day a month.

It is understood that Bright is angered by the decision, which has left him with little time to find other openings given that the Football League has already kicked off, according to the Daily Mail.

Bright, who worked on League Cup coverage last season, has been part of the BBC team for 14 years.
