Wayne Rooney's wife Coleen accepts the ice bucket challenge with the help of the Manchester United striker.
Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney drenched his wife Coleen in ice cold water during a charity challenge, but also dropped the bucket on her head in the process.
The England international's wife has joined a string of famous faces in trying to raise money and awareness of ALS by taking on the ice bucket challenge.
Coleen asked her husband to do the honours after nominating TV host Piers Morgan and former Emmerdale actress Sheree Murphy to take part.
After posting the video on her official Facebook page, Coleen tweeted: "Ice bucket challenge..... And the bucket getting chucked on my head hurt aswell!! @WayneRooney 😠😂."
Rooney himself has been challenged to join the craze by number one golfer Rory McIlroy after he did his bit for charity alongside Tiger Woods.
