Sky Sports to air first Jurgen Klopp, Louis van Gaal showdown in January fixtures

Sky Sports adds seven live Premier League games to its January schedule, including the first meeting between Liverpool's Jurgen Klopp and Manchester United's Louis van Gaal.

Sky Sports has announced that the first Premier League meeting between Jurgen Klopp and Louis van Gaal will be shown live as part of the broadcaster's schedule for January.

The January 17 showdown between arch enemies Liverpool and Manchester United at Anfield is one of seven top-flight fixtures added to Sky's programme.

Arsene Wenger's head-to-head with Jose Mourinho will also be shown live as Arsenal host Chelsea at the Emirates on January 24, while Manchester City's trip to West Ham United will be shown as part of Saturday Night Football.

Aston Villa, Leicester City, Stoke City, Swansea City, Watford and Everton will also feature on the live TV schedule.

Sky Sports' new live Premier League games in January:

Aston Villa vs. Leicester City - Saturday, January 16
Liverpool vs. Manchester United - Sunday, January 17
Stoke City vs. Arsenal - Sunday, January 17
Swansea City vs. Watford - Monday, January 18
West Ham United vs. Manchester City - Saturday, January 23
Everton vs. Swansea City - Sunday, January 24
Arsenal vs. Chelsea - Sunday, January 24
