Wayne Rooney's wife Coleen insists that their marriage is "stronger than ever" on their six-year anniversary.

Wayne Rooney's wife Coleen has insisted that their marriage is "stronger than ever" on their six-year anniversary.

The couple have been rocked by allegations of cheating by the Manchester United striker during their relationship.

Back in 2010, it was claimed that former prostitute Helen Wood had a threesome with Rooney and her friend Jenny Thompson in a Manchester hotel.

Despite concerns that Wood would reveal all about Rooney's infidelity after entering the Big Brother house, Coleen has insisted that the married couple are still going strong.

To mark their six-year anniversary, Coleen posted an image of the couple on Twitter with the message: "6 years ago today I became Mrs Rooney! Through all the good times & some bad....We are stronger than ever."

Coleen, who has flown out to Brazil to support England's World Cup campaign, has two sons Kai and Klay with Rooney.
