Manchester United, Chelsea fans 'most unattractive in the Premier League'

Manchester United and Chelsea fans are the most unattractive in the Premier League, according to a survey.

Chelsea and Manchester United supporters are deemed the most unattractive fans in the Premier League, according to a recent study by Match.

A survey has found that fans of both United and Chelsea are more likely to be turned down by a potential lover than any other supporter in England's top flight.

In contrast, Bournemouth and Southampton fans topped the list of who people would date, while a quarter of Liverpool supporters claimed that they would never go out with a Merseyside rival who supported Everton.

Research found that 22% of Manchester City fans would shun United supporters, while a similar number of Tottenham Hotspur fans would refuse to date someone whose allegiance was with their North London rivals Arsenal, according to the Daily Star.

In the survey, eight per cent of people admitted that football was more important than their romantic relationships.
