Manchester City winger Scott Sinclair was reportedly against his girlfriend Helen Flanagan appearing on ITV reality show I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here.
The former Coronation Street actress has made headlines during her time in the Australian jungle so far after being voted for all but one of the bush tucker trials by the public.
"Scott was against it," said a source, according to The Sun. "He was worried how she'd cope. And before she completed the Deadly Deliveries Trial he was being proved right. But when it came to the crunch, Helen refused to back down. She can be very strong-willed."
The first celebrity will be voted out of the jungle tomorrow.
