Nineteen-year-old Liverpool winger Raheem Sterling laughs off rumours that he is father to eight children.

Liverpool winger Raheem Sterling has poked fun at rumours suggesting that he is father to a number of children.

The 19-year-old has a young daughter, but rumours have circulated on social media that the teenager has more than one offspring.

In response to the gossip, Sterling posted an image of his little girl on Twitter, with the message: "All my 8 kids in one pic.. oh god do I love them all."

Sterling and his Liverpool teammates have returned to England from the United States ahead of the start of the new Premier League season, which gets underway next weekend.
