Liverpool striker Mario Balotelli has poked fun at his teammate Daniel Sturridge by insisting that he needs to improve his dance moves.

The Italy international posted his birthday wishes to Sturridge, who turns 25 years old today, on Instagram.

The pair played alongside each other yesterday when Balotelli made his debut in Liverpool's 3-0 victory over Tottenham Hotspur at White Hart Lane.

The 24-year-old posted an image of Sturridge doing his trademark goal celebration routine, with the message: "Happy birthday bro:-) i hope now.. that u are older you will get better in dancing !!! LOL."
