Norwegian supporters of Everton full-back Tony Hibbert have reportedly immortalised the player as New York City landmark the Statue of Liberty.

The former England Under-21 international, who celebrated his 32nd birthday yesterday, was sent a birthday card from his own Scandinavian fan club.

The card has replaced the face of the famous statue to that of Hibbert's, with the message 'The Statue Of Hibberty' written across the top in the New York sky, according to the Daily Mail.

Meanwhile, Hibbert is currently nursing a calf injury.
