Royal Mail introduces stamps of Britain's greatest footballers

The Royal Mail introduce special edition stamps of some of Britain's football greats to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the Football Association.

A selection of stamps depicting some of Britain's greatest footballers have been introduced by the Royal Mail.

The special edition stamps have been created to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the Football Association.

England legends Jimmy Greaves, Gordon Banks, John Barnes, Kevin Keegan, Bobby Moore, Bryan Robson and Sir Bobby Charlton have been immortalised, while Scotland duo Denis Law and Dave Mackay have their own stamps.

Former Wales international John Charles and Northern Ireland legend George Best make up the 11-man collection.
