Turkish Airlines confirm Chelsea sponsorship in tweet before deleting it?

Turkish Airlines reportedly confirm on Twitter that they have become Chelsea's new shirt sponsors, but then later delete the tweet.

Turkish Airlines reportedly deleted a tweet claiming that they have agreed a deal with Chelsea to become their new shirt sponsor.

The airline are favourites to take over from Samsung in the 2015-16 season.

However, according to 101greatgoals.com, they may have jumped the gun with regards to the announcement as yesterday's tweet confirming the news has been deleted.

Chelsea's partnership with Samsung began back in 2005.
