Report: Jose Mourinho to become BT Sport ambassador

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is reportedly in talks with BT Sport to become an ambassador for the broadcaster.

BT Sport have reportedly opened talks with Jose Mourinho with a view to the Chelsea manager taking up an ambassador role with the broadcaster.

The Portuguese has previously been involved in a similar role with Sky Sports, which saw him brand their 2009 football coverage as "special".

According to the Daily Mail, BT Sport are keen to secure the 51-year-old to rival the appointment of former England captain David Beckham as a Sky ambassador.

Mourinho already represents watch manufacturers Hublot, car firm Jaguar and the Untied Nations World Food Programme.
