Theo Walcott injury: Twitter reacts

Sports Mole takes a look at the Twitter reaction to the news that Theo Walcott will be out of action for at least six months.

Arsenal and England were dealt a blow yesterday evening when it was announced that Theo Walcott would spend at least the next six months on the sidelines with a knee ligament injury.

It means that the 24-year-old will not only miss the remainder of the Premier League season, but he is also extremely likely to sit out the summer's World Cup in Brazil.

The news has shocked players past and present, who have taken to Twitter to express their sympathy for the winger. Below, Sports Mole has selected some of the posts.
