Olympic gymnast Jennifer Pinches has revealed that she will not represent Great Britain in any competitions in the future.

The 18-year-old was part of the women's artistic gymnastics team at London 2012 but the five-strong team could only finish sixth in the tournament.

Pinches wrote on Twitter: "I will no longer be doing competitive gymnastics in or for Great Britain. However, you can't get rid of me that easily! Got some exciting projects lined up soon and next year. Hush-hush for now, though..."

Meanwhile, Olympic bronze medallist Beth Tweddle was in attendance at yesterday's victory parade in Central London.
