Three-way tie at Portugal Masters

England's David Lynn is one of three players topping the leaderboard at the halfway stage of the Portugal Masters.

David Lynn has retained a share of the lead at the end of the second round of the Portugal Masters at Oceanico Victoria Golf Club in the Algarve.

The 39-year-old matched yesterday's 65 to get himself to 12-under-par for the championship, where he is joined by countryman Paul Waring and South Africa's Hennie Otto, who shot 63 and 64 respectively.

Chris Doak and Bernd Wiesberger are tied for fourth on 11-under, while Alvaro Quiros and Justin Walters, who shared the best round of the day with Waring, lurk on 10-under-par.

Jamie Donaldson put together a solid round to stay on the top page of the leaderboard on nine-under-par, with Matthew Baldwin (-9) and Ross Fisher (-9) completing the top 10.

The cut was made at two-under-par, meaning the likes of Matteo Manassero (-1), Oliver Fisher (E), Simon Dyson (E), Thongchai Jaidee (+2) and Thomas Levet (+2) will miss the weekend.

Miguel Angel Jimenez (-2), Gregory Havret (-2) and Robert Rock (-3) all sneaked inside the line.
