Justin Rose wins Scottish Open

England's Justin Rose shoots a final round of 65 to claim victory by two shots at the Scottish Open.

Justin Rose has secured his second title in two weeks with a two-shot win at the Scottish Open at Royal Aberdeen.

The 2013 US Open champion, who was tied at the top of the leaderboard with Marc Warren at the start of the day, shot a six-under-par round of 65 this afternoon to finish the tournament on 16 under.

Sweden's Kristoffer Broberg finished two shots behind the Englishman on 14 under, but the result secures him a place at The Open later this month.

The victory is Rose's first win in Europe since 2007, and comes just two weeks after he won the Quicken Loans National in America.

Meanwhile, Chile's Felipe Aguilar set a new course record earlier in the day, shooting 63 to beat the total set by Rory McIlroy earlier in the competition.
