Jason Dufner has secured his maiden PGA Tour title with a playoff victory over Ernie Els at the Zurich Classic in New Orleans.
The overnight leader shot a final-round 70 to finish the tournament on 19-under par, which was enough to force extra holes.
Dufner was left with a two-putt for the title on the second playoff hole to record his first win since turning pro in 2000.
Meanwhile, Luke Donald has regained the status of the world's number one ranked player with his third-placed finish.
