Half-Time Report: Out-of-form Wycombe Wanderers, AFC Wimbledon level at Adams Park

Wycombe and AFC Wimbledon, who have one League One win in 17 games between them, enter the break goalless at Adams Park in a game of few chances.

A couple of League Two sides struggling for form, Wycombe Wanderers and AFC Wimbledon, have played out a goalless first 45 minutes at Adams Park.

The hosts have won just one of their last 10 games, while Wimbledon have not tasted victory in their last seven outings, and the two teams could not be separated in a half of few chances in Buckinghamshire.

Neal Ardley's visitors came closest to breaking the deadlock when Will Antwi's 10th-minute header was cleared off the line by Sam Wood, who flashed a 20-yard shot wide of the post moments prior to the break.

With clear openings few and far between, each team exchanged shots from distance either side of the half-hour mark as Wycombe defender Nick Arnold's low drive forced Dons keeper Ross Worner into a good stop.

At the other end, Harry Pell, who has four goals to his name this term, let fly from distance with a swerving shot that Matt Ingram kept out to ensure that 17th-place Wanderers hold 15th-place Wimbledon at the break.
