Slawomir Peszko wants to help Wolverhampton Wanderers win promotion

Slawomir Peszko wants to help Wolves win promotion during his loan spell at the club.

New Wolverhampton Wanderers loan signing Slawomir Peszko has targeted promotion to the Premier League during his year's loan with the club.

Peszko joined Wolves yesterday to link up with his previous manager from FC Koln, Stale Solbakken, and has said that he is aiming for success during his stay.

"I think Wolves are a very good team with very good fans, and I went and had a look around the stadium yesterday and that looks great," Peszko told the club's official website.

"I know the club is not in the Premier League but I'd like to try and help them get back there if we can.

"I have always wanted to play here and I am looking forward to the challenge and the team can also help me as well and I can become a better player in England."

Peszko signed for Koln in January 2011 and has made 41 league appearances.
