Half-Time Report: Wolverhampton Wanderers held by Shrewsbury Town

Wolverhampton Wanderers are held to a 0-0 half-time draw with Shrewsbury Town at Molineux.

Wolverhampton Wanderers have been held to a 0-0 half-time draw with Shrewsbury Town at Molineux this afternoon.

Wolves, who are vying for a 10th successive League One win, fashioned their only real chance of the half after 15 minutes.

Ethan Ebanks-Landell, playing in the absence of the injured captain Sam Ricketts, galloped down the flank before cutting back for James Henry, whose fierce effort flew over the crossbar.

Joe Jacobson had the best chance for the visitors but, despite leaping highest from a corner, failed to direct his header goal-bound as both sides shared the spoils at the interval.
