West Ham United are hoping to sign striker Jean-Kevin Augustin from Paris Saint-Germain this month, according to reports.
The 17-year-old is highly thought of in France but his contract runs out this summer, and he is expected to leave after a lack of first-team opportunities.
The Mirror says that West Ham are leading the chase to snap up the highly-rated Frenchman, but they face competition from Italian sides Juventus and Roma.
However, the Hammers are so keen to get a deal done, they are reportedly willing to pay a cut-price fee this month to make sure they land the player despite him being available on a free transfer at the end of the season.
Augustin is yet to make a first team appearance for PSG.
