Winston Reid: 'West Ham United not scared of Chelsea'

Winston Reid warns Chelsea that West Ham will play without fear at Stamford Bridge on Boxing Day.

Winston Reid has insisted that West Ham United will not fear Chelsea when they face the Premier League leaders on Boxing Day.

The Hammers go to Stamford Bridge in fourth place in the table thanks to a five-game unbeaten run.

Chelsea have been beaten just once in the league this season, but Reid believes that West Ham are capable of coming away from West London with something to show for their efforts.

"Obviously it's going to be a tough game," he told the club's official website. "We'll set up a foundation and adopt a tactic for the game. It's not going to be easy but we're not going to go there and be afraid. We'll do our best and see how far it can take us."

West Ham's five-match unbeaten run has included four victories.
