Pepe Mel has also decided upon a four-man midfield consisting of Youssouf Mulumbu, James Morrison, Chris Brunt and Morgan Amalfitano.

Relegation strugglers Fulham have adopted a 4-5-1 formation, which sees Hugo Rodallega start alone in attack.
