Sports Mole looks ahead to West Bromwich Albion's home fixture against Swansea City in the Premier League.

West Bromwich Albion and Swansea City head into Saturday's Premier League bout on equal points, meaning that whoever snatches a victory will leapfrog their opponents in the table.

Steve Clarke's Baggies have had an inconsistent spell in the top flight, taking two wins from their last five outings, while succumbing to a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Clarke's former employers Chelsea.

In contrast, Swansea were able to keep up their winning run following their League Cup glory by snatching a 1-0 win over Newcastle United at the Liberty Stadium last Saturday.

The last time these two sides met, the Swans nabbed a 3-1 victory on home turf while also clinching a 2-1 win over the Baggies at The Hawthorns last season under former manager Brendan Rodgers.

Peter Odemwingie could be handed a starting spot for the clash in place of Marc-Antoine Fortune, while Swansea boss Michael Laudrup is expected to keep Michu up top as a lone forward.
