West Bromwich Albion fans keen on Ralf Rangnick

Former Schalke 04 boss Ralf Rangnick is the most popular choice among West Bromwich Albion fans to replace Steve Clarke as manager at the Hawthorns, according to a poll conducted by the Birmingham Mail.

Ralf Rangnick was the most popular choice in a poll conducted by the Birmingham Mail, which asked West Bromwich Albion fans who they wanted as their club's next manager.

The 55-year-old former Schalke 04 boss, who is currently the sporting director at both Red Bull Salzburg and RB Leipzig, took 23% of the votes.

He was narrowly followed by Molde's Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, with 22% of participants wanting the former Manchester United striker to replace Steve Clarke, who was sacked on Saturday.

Fans had 14 candidates to choose from and below is the full result of the vote:
