Pepe Mel happy with Stephane Sessegnon return

West Bromwich Albion head coach Pepe Mel admits that he is happy to have attacker Stephane Sessegnon back in his squad for the game against Fulham.

West Bromwich Albion head coach Pepe Mel is hopeful that Stephane Sessegnon's versatility can aid his side's attempts to avoid relegation from the Premier League.

Mel is still searching for his first victory in charge of the Baggies, and ahead of the match with Fulham, he has admitted that the West Midlands outfit need as many options as possible heading into the final 12 fixtures of the season.

The 50-year-old is quoted by the Birmingham Mail as saying: "Sessegnon has only worked with me in a few sessions so far. He's a very good player and for us, it's important that we're all together because West Brom need all the players.

"It is a family team and that is important for me. He is an intelligent player who can play on the right, left, in the middle or as a second player. He runs with the ball and turns quickly."

West Brom will move seven points clear of Fulham in the league table with a win at The Hawthorns.
