Team News: Marcos Motta makes Watford debut against Fulham

New signing Marcos Motta starts for Watford in their home match with Fulham.

Watford have handed a debut to new signing Marcos Motta for tonight's Championship clash with Fulham at Vicarage Road.

The Hornets have reverted back to their familiar 3-5-2 formation, but there is no place for striker Odion Ighalo, who is fit again after a hamstring injury.

There are recalls for Gabriele Angella, Tommie Hoban, Daniel Pudil and Adlene Guedioura, while Joel Ekstrand, Juan Carlos Paredes, Ikechi Anya, Miguel Layun and Daniel Tozser miss out.

Fulham have made two changes to their side as Lasse Vigan Christensen and Scott Parker miss out.

Loanee Seko Fofana and Sean Kavanagh start in midfield alongside Ryan Tunnicliffe, while Bryan Ruiz and Cauley Woodrow keep their roles up front.

Watford: Gomes; Cathcart, Angella, Hoban; Motta, Abdi, Watson, Guedioura, Pudil; Deeney, Vydra.
Subs: Bond, Paredes, Anya, Layun, Tozser, Forestieri, Ighalo.

Fulham: Bettinelli, Richards, Hutchinson, Bodurov, Stafylidis, Tunnicliffe, Fofana, Kavanagh, Ruiz, Woodrow, McCormack.
Subs: Kiraly, Hoogland, Amorebieta, Kačaniklić, Rodallega, Smith, Dembélé.
