Eden Hazard and Vincent Kompany are two of six changes made by Belgium for the World Cup last-16 clash with USA.

Belgium boss Marc Wilmots has made no fewer than six changes to his starting lineup for tonight's clash with USA in the last 16 of the World Cup.

Vincent Kompany and Toby Alderweireld return to the defence following the 1-0 victory over South Korea last week.

Axel Witsel and Kevin De Bruyne come into midfield, while Eden Hazard supports Divock Origi in attack for tonight's clash in Salvador.

Meanwhile, USA boss Jurgen Klinsmann has made just two changes to his first XI from Thursday's 1-0 defeat to Germany.

Geoff Cameron and Alejandro Bedoya are afforded starting berths at the expense of Brad Davis and Kyle Beckerman respectively, while Clint Dempsey spearheads the attack as both nations battle it out for a quarter-final place.
