Good morning! There's plenty of stuff to catch up on which has broken overnight. Fabio Borini, who has been linked with a move away from Liverpool, picked up an injury in his side's 1-0 loss to Roma last night, but Brendan Rodgers has allayed fears that it will rule out the striker for too long. Good news for Sunderland, perhaps. Elsewhere, Lukas Podolski has urged fellow World Cup winner Sami Khedira to join him at Arsenal.

Let's take a look at some of the other transfer rumours you may have missed last night:

Report: Liverpool renew interest in Bertrand
Cavani planning to stay at PSG
Southampton 'eyeing Clasie as Schneiderlin replacement'
Rodgers doesn't want 'big-name' Suarez replacement

DONE DEAL! Here's one that was confirmed last night; Ben Davies and Michael Vorm have both left Swansea City and have joined Mauricio Pochettino's Tottenham Hotspur. For all the stories from last night, be sure to check out our 8am Transfer Talk Update.

Everton boss Roberto Martinez has been talking, and he is confident that there will be "three to four" new players arriving at Goodison Park in the next few days. Exciting times for Everton fans!

Curtis Davies is someone who won't be leaving for pastures new this summer. That's according to his Hull City manager Steve Bruce, who has said he wants to keep the central defender at the club.

USA World Cup star DaMarcus Beasley has made a move back to his home country, joining Houston Dynamo. He said the reason behind the decision was "to play at a high level".

Aston Villa midfielder Fabian Delph has said that would "love" to sign a new deal with Paul Lambert's side. The 24-year-old midfielder made 36 league appearances for the Villains last season, but his current deal expires at the end of this season. Full story here.

That is all from me for today, but I will leave you in the capable hands of Matt Domm.

Cheers Kristian. Matt here to take you through until 3pm. It has been a slightly slow morning, but hopefully things will pick up in the afternoon. I'll bring you the latest as I get it.

One of the most popular players this summer for transfer rumours has been Xherdan Shaqiri of Bayern Munich. Liverpool and Juventus are both thought to be very interested, but the player himself has said that he is under contract so cannot discuss the rumours. He fell short of committing himself to the Bavarian side, however.

A slightly longer read for you now, and a treat for any Serie A fans. We have rounded up the latest talk and done deals from Italy's top flight. You can read it right here. Enjoy.

It's time for our afternoon round-up of the latest transfer talk. All the big headlines of the morning have been nicely packaged up for you in this article. So take a look and fill your boots.

DONE DEAL! Earlier this afternoon French right-back Serge Aurier opted to join Paris Saint-Germain on a season-long loan deal from Toulouse. The French side will have an option to buy him at the end of the season. We will have that story up in full shortly.

DONE DEAL! Things are picking up. Alejandro Pozuelo has signed for Rayo Vallecano from Swansea City. More to come on that one, also, so stick with us.

As promised, here is further on the two done deals this afternoon.

We have Serge Aurier ignoring Arsenal's reported interest to sign for PSG on a season-long loan deal, and Swansea getting rid of Alejandro Pozuelo back to Spain.

DONE DEAL! More news from Swansea, and this time it's a player coming in. Jefferson Montero showed plenty of pace and trickery for Ecuador in the World Cup, and he clearly did enough to impress the Swans who have brought him in on a four-year deal. Full story to come here.

One more story for me to leave you with. There have been a lot of rumours about the future of Juventus's Carlos Tevez, but the player said that he intends to see out the remaining two years of his contract.

That's all from me then folks. I'll leave you in the hands of Sam McEvoy for the rest of the afternoon. Goodbye!

Thanks Matt. Sam here to take you through till 7pm with the latest transfer news.

DONE DEAL! Confirmation of Frank Lampard's move to MLS side New York City FC on a two-year deal. The former Chelsea man will play in their debut season in 2015. I'll post more details as we get them.

Here's the details with what you need to know about Frank Lampard's latest move to MLS side New York City FC.

Derby fans, cover your ears (and eyes) as there's some bad news. The Ram's latest summer signing George Thorne is out for up to nine months after picking up a serious knee injury in a friendly against Zenit St Petersburg on Tuesday night. Read about it here.

DONE DEAL! Watford complete the signing of Keith Andrews from Bolton Wanderers on a season-long loan. Here's what you need to know.

DONE DEAL! It's all happening this afternoon! According to BBC Sport, Fraizer Campbell has completed a permanent move to Crystal Palace after ending a 18 month stint with relegated Cardiff. Read about it here.

DONE DEAL! Another one to tell you about. Chelsea youngster Lucas Piazon will apply his trade in the Bundesliga next season after he was sent out on loan to Eintracht Frankfurt for the season. Here's all the details.

Loic Remy's move to Liverpool is looking like a done deal according to Sky Sports News. We'll update you on the details as soon as we get them.

It's time for our evening's transfer talk update with the biggest headlines all condensed into one lovely article. I know. I don't know what you'd do without us either.

That all from me today. I'm sure you've enjoyed it as much as I have. Now I'll pass you over to the ever reliable Shane Callaghan. See you soon guys!

Thanks Sam. Good evening folks, and what a gorgeous evening it is! We'll keep you apprised of every and any notable transfer news that we get at Sports Mole HQ so stay tuned my friends.

Manchester United fans might want to cover their eyes right about now as Chile and Juventus star Arturo Vidal confirms that he will NOT be moving to Old Trafford this summer.

We've got some quotes from Liverpool owner John W Henry now, as the American admits that there was no way back for Luis Suarez after his latest biting controversy.

Some ominous news for West Ham fans now as it has been reported that Andy Carroll's ankle injury is worse than first feared and that the striker could miss as many as four months!

New York City FC may be racking up high-profile names in the form of David Villa and Frank Lampard this summer, but the newly-formed MLS outfit won't be adding Xavi Hernandez to that list anytime soon as it is confirmed that the veteran midfielder will stay with Barcelona beyond the summer.

Pep Guardiola's been speaking to reporters lately, and the young coach admits that selling Toni Kroos was not something he wanted to do.

Incase you missed it, there's plenty to sink your teeth into in our 7pm Transfer Talk update.

Not quite transfer-related, but it has been a great night for Scotland in the Europa League! Aberdeen and St Johnstone have both booked their place in the third qualifying round of the continent's secondary tournament. And they could yet be joined by Motherwell! Click here for our reports.

That's it from me folks. It's certainly been a quiet one on the transfer front. The big story from the evening is that of Arturo Vidal's announcement that he will NOT be joining Manchester United this summer. Has this saga finally come to an end? You wouldn't bank on it. You'll be joined by Mark Langshaw, who'll bring you straight through until 2am. See you next time!

Cheers, Shane! I'll be here until close bringing you all of the latest transfer gossip and developments that break between now and 2am. The first piece of news that has grabbed my attention is the departure of Costa Rica World Cup coach Jorge Luis Pinto. Not transfer-related per se, but an interesting development nevertheless.

Stuttgart striker Vedad Ibisevic has been linked with a number of Premier League clubs, as well as teams in Turkey, but his manager Armin Veh insists that he is going nowhere. The Bundesliga side are unwilling to part with the Bosnian as they have limited options up front.

Luis Suarez, who completed his big-money transfer from Liverpool to Barcelona earlier this summer, has been tipped for a baptism of fire against Real Madrid in October. The first El Clasico of the season has been set for October 26, when the Uruguayan's ban is due to be lifted.

Eliaquim Mangala's proposed move to Manchester City from Porto is as good as a done deal, since footage of the Frenchman arriving at the club was prematurely uploaded to the Sky Blues' official website. The video has since been pulled and somebody in IT has probably received a slap on the wrist.

DONE DEAL: Benfica have signed experienced defender Eliseu from Malaga on a two-year contract. The former Portugal international will reteam with his former Belenenses coach Jorge Jesus at the Lisbon outfit.

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has fuelled rumours that Didier Drogba is on the verge of returning to Stamford Bridge by admitting that he is considering bringing the Ivorian back and hailing him as one of the best strikers in Europe.

And that's all we have time for tonight. Be sure to join Sports Mole tomorrow for live transfer updates throughout the day, as well as extensive coverage of the Commonwealth Games. Many thanks for reading!
