Michael Laudrup believes that Swansea City are on track to improve their form after a victory over Crawley Town on Tuesday night.

Swansea City manager Michael Laudrup has praised his side for coming from behind to knock Crawley Town out of the Capital One Cup.

A Gary Monk header in stoppage time sealed a dramatic victory for the Welsh club and Laudrup hopes the result can push the team to improve thier Premier League form after losing their previous two fixtures to Aston Villa and Everton respectively.

The 48-year-old said: "It's good to get that win. When you lose more than one game it's really important to get back on track and get that feeling of a win.

"To win tonight and do it the way we did, coming back after going 2-1 down, it was good to see that reaction.

"I was worrying that we'd have to go into extra time, which wouldn't have been so good."

Swansea return to league commitments on Saturday with a trip to face Stoke City.
