Report: Stoke City to terminate Jermaine Pennant contract

Stoke City will reportedly announce that midfielder Jermaine Pennant's contract has been terminated in the coming days.

Stoke City have decided to terminate the contract of midfielder Jermaine Pennant, according to reports.

The Telegraph claims that the 31-year-old's departure will be confirmed in the coming days.

The winger rejoined the Potters in the summer, but is yet to start a Premier League game for the club this season.

Pennant has also had spells with Liverpool, Birmingham City and Real Zaragoza during his career.
