Team News: Ben Hamer poised for Premier League debut

Ben Hamer earns his Premier League debut for Leicester after replacing the injured Kasper Schmeichel in the starting lineup to face Stoke City.

Leicester City goalkeeper Ben Hamer is poised for his Premier League debut after replacing the injured Kasper Schmeichel for this afternoon's visit to Stoke City.

The Danish stopper misses out after suffering a knee injury on international duty, allowing Hamer to make his first appearance for the Foxes in England's top flight.

Leonardo Ulloa, who has struck twice in three games for Leicester, continues to spearhead their attack at the Britannia.

Bojan Krkic is among those named in Mark Hughes's starting lineup, meanwhile, as the former Barcelona youth starts in attack with Jonathan Walters and Peter Crouch.

Mame Biram Diouf, Stoke's hero from the 1-0 win away to Manchester City last time out, drops to the bench.

Stoke City: Begovic; Bardsley, Shawcross, Wilson, Pieters; Whelan, Nzonzi; Moses, Bojan, Walters; Crouch

Leicester City: Hamer; De Laet, Morgan, Moore, Konchesky; Mahrez, Hammond, King, Schlupp, Ulloa, Nugent
