The 31-year-old has been informed that he can leave Juve this month, having struggled for starting opportunities so far this season.
He has been linked with moves to Queens Park Rangers and Tottenham Hotspur, but it now appears that he will be heading to Tuscany.
"I hope everything could soon be close," the Brazilian told Lady Radio. "You know well what is happening.
"The two clubs are talking and I hope it could be solved as soon as possible. I hope soon to know the developments of the negotiations. Then we will see what will happen."
Amauri joined the Old Lady in 2008 from Palermo.
