Tottenham Hotspur will be without Etienne Capoue for the next four weeks because of an ankle injury.

An ankle injury will keep Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Etienne Capoue out of action for around four weeks.

The French international picked up the complaint during yesterday's North London derby, with initial reports having claimed that he could be out for a number of months.

However, following a scan, it has been revealed that the 25-year-old should return to action in early October.

Capoue joined Spurs from Ligue 1 outfit Toulouse earlier this summer.
