Tottenham Hotspur striker Emmanuel Adebayor takes to Twitter to insist that he is happy at the club and wants to fight for his place in the team.

Tottenham Hotspur striker Emmanuel Adebayor has insisted that he is happy at the club and wants to fight for his place in the team.

The Togo international has featured just 16 times in all competitions under Mauricio Pochettino this season, with some reports suggesting that Spurs could look to move Adebayor on to help cut the club's wage bill.

In light of some comments in the press, the 31-year-old has taken to Twitter to declare his happiness at the Premier League outfit.

Tottenham currently hold sixth spot in the Premier League table.
